Having spent four months in Cambodia in 2005, I got to meet many people who work in factories making the clothes we ware. The average income is $35 a month. That is a month, not a day or an hour. Is there any wonder that people find themselves dealing in all kinds of illegal activities from drug smuggling to prostitution in order to subsist.

Yet when I see the seeded article I am saddened, in part because they are right. The codes don't work.
